Larry WintersOriginally from Detroit, Michigan, Larry has worked in the construction field in AZ for 30 years, and joined Eagle Commercial as a Maintenance Engineer in 2013.
During that time, Larry has been responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. His duties include complete make-ready process of vacant spaces as directed by the Property Manager, working within expense limits established, maintaining inventory controls for cost effective operations, scheduling and completing the “Preventative Maintenance Program”, coordinating special projects as directed by the Property Manager, assisting in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, carrying a cell phone as required for on-call maintenance, and complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager. He is responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. He completes payroll time sheets and mileage reimbursement and submits them to his supervisor as appropriate, and maintains a professional courteous manner with all tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Additionally, he assists in assuring safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines, compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner, and follows established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.
Larry has been married to his wife, Andrea, for 20 years and they have 3 children, Adam, Will and Jenna. Larry loves to golf and enjoys the outdoors.
